What if your fastball exploded 4-8 mph? Imagine adding filthy off-speed pitches? How would it feel to have improved command? What would your pitching career look like? As you read every word of this entire letter and watch all the videos on this page, you will begin to see why this is one of the most important letters you'll ever read.
Here's why:
I am spilling the beans on my closely guarded pitching training secrets normally only available to those pitchers I train personally and who pay nearly $4,000 per year for the privilege.
With your permission, I would like to send you the program that has helped pitchers gain an average of 4 mph on their fast ball...with our best player adding 11 mph to leap to 93 mph (on the side is a letter I got from his Dad.)
Coach Reddick,
Your entire program has really been helping. i originally emailed you when i was around 85-87, now im humping it up around the big "NINE ZERO"!! but its been real good this year, lots of improvements. I’m also getting recruited by some colleges and thats going really well! just thought i'd say thanks again. Keep it comming its all great stuff!
thanx,
Jacob31
But, before we get too deep... check this out...
Read every word of this story, even though parts of it may make you cringe.
But after reading it, you will be fired up and inspired to take your pitching to the next level!
5 Doctors Told Him He Would Never Throw Again...now he throws 96!
Let's get into it...
Jon Huiznega aka “Zinger” was a stand-out pitcher most of his life. He pitched D1 baseball at Michigan State and threw in the 90's, but when draft day came, he fell short.
Jon was pissed off.
Like most pitchers, coaches felt like John had a lot more potential. He just needed to work harder...so, he did. But that's just the start.
He hooked up with the Kalamazoo Kings of the independent Frontier League.
His career was going OK until one day in the summer of 2004. It would be the best/worst day of his life.
On that day, Jon was about to find out that almost everything he was taught about pitching was probably wrong.
Jon was your typical pitcher – very tough, hard working, and totally fearless.
He was set to start one of the biggest games of his life. So, he went through his normal pre-game routine. He started down in the locker room, did his warm-up, some medicine ball work, and listened to a mental game preparation CD.
He headed out to the bullpen mentally and physically ready to go.
Oh, I almost forgot…
There were Brewers scouts at the game that night. That's why it was such a big night!
Jon finished up his pre-game bullpen, went to the dugout, did some deep breathing and…
It's on!
Jon shifted into "game" mode and started his path to the mound.
After a few innings, Jon felt a little tightness in his arm. He shook it off. (Jon will admit this was a big mistake.) The first batter of the 4th inning stepped in, and Jon tried to block out the pain.
A few more pitches went by, and the tightness intensified. It almost felt like someone had cut into his arm.
He knew something was wrong. Even the catcher could see there was something very wrong.
The two stood on the mound not knowing what to do.
The pitching coach made his way out to see what was going on.
Jon looked his coach in the eye and said, "I'll get through it."
I guess by now you can tell that Jon is not a "back down" type of guy. He didn't get the nickname "bulldog" for nothing, and this is probably what made him such a good pitcher.
But little did Jon know that this moment was going to change his life.
He threw a few more pitches, and the burning pain started to shoot up his arm.
Jon dug in and managed to throw 12 more pitches. His velocity fell of the table and dipped 10 mph to just 84.
When Jon got to the bench, he was in serious pain and completely frustrated. The trainer looked at this arm and said:
"Whoa, that's not right!"
Jon could not figure out what happened. He had never felt anything like this, and nobody could give him an answer. After the game, a friend drove him to the hospital. An x-ray revealed that Jon had broken his arm during that inning.
Can you imagine throwing 12 pitches with a broken arm?
After the doctor examined the x-ray and checked out John's arm, he said that Jon would never pitch again.
Jon lost it! He got up in the doctor's face.
Was everything he worked for gone?
Was his career really over?
Jon got right up in the doctor's face and told him, "Don't you tell me what I can't do!"
Not believing this could happen to him and not willing to accept just one doctors opinion, Jon proceeded to get second, third, fourth, and even fifth opinions.
Every doctor said the same thing...Jon would never pitch again.
Jon still was not willing to accept this and went to yet another doctor, where he finally got an answer he liked. This doctor told him there was an experimental surgery for his type of injury and that he could try. There would be no guarantee, and rehab would be long. But, there was a shot he could pitch again. A very small shot.
Only 5 pitchers have ever had that surgery.
Jon took the risk. But Jon wasn't willing to rely on the surgery, so he did something crazy.
He started to train himself to pitch left-handed at the same time he was recovering and rehabbing his right arm. He actually got up into the 70's throwing left-handed.
This guy is no joke!
But what happened during the rehab would change Jon's career forever.
Not willing to rely on his doctors or his physical therapists, Jon started to study anatomy, physiology, body weight exercises, nutrition, and recovery protocols.
Enter: Joe Fletcher aka Fletch
Jon sought out his former pitching coach, Joe Fletcher.
Here's where it all began.
"Fletch" and Zinger started to collaborate on a program that would eventually lead to Jon's full recovery where he now throws 94 mph.
Here's what went down...
Zinger moved in with Fletch, and the two of them started working night and day to get Jon back on track.
Remember this was a long shot....a real long shot.
But Fletch and Zinger were determined.
They started experimenting with some out of the ordinary strength and conditioning exercises, worked on overhauling Zinger's nutritional protocols, and changed his mechanics.
Things did not go smoothly. Rehab was very difficult and frustrating. In fact, there were times when Zinger felt like he was making zero progress.
The new exercises were not easy and required a serious commitment to the daily workouts. And the recovery was just as hard as the workouts. This is where Zinger realized he could not eat whatever he wanted or chug soda. He had to commit to a strict recovery process.
This became a magnificent obsession for Zinger and Fletch. Still, there were times when they both wanted to quit.
Zinger had some additional rules that made things a little harder. He would not take any any anti-inflammatory drugs during his recovery.
The hard work paid off...
At the end of 18 months, Zinger signed with Calgary and is now throwing 94-96 mph.
Check out this highlight film:
Imagine what it would be
like if you added
7 MPH in Four Weeks!
One of my pitchers did,
and people accused him of taking steroids.
If he wasn't 5'9" and 140 lbs. soaking wet, they might not have thought it. But this is a true story of how baseball power can be unleashed once you make the small tweaks that can send your velocity soaring.
Chris was a kid who struggled on every team…a lot of heart and a hard worker, but he never could quite crack the rotation.
ONE REASON:
HE DID NOT THROW
HARD ENOUGH!
He only threw in the low 70's. I'm sure you know what this can be like for a 15-16 year old pitcher.
His Dad called me and asked what he could do. It was just about this time that I was seriously studying what Ron Wolforth, Mike Marshall, and Steve Zawrotny were teaching.
We were holding a four-week course on velocity development. Chris signed up, and on the first day, he clocked at 72 mph…the weakest fastball in the group. It was a little tough for him, but I could tell that he was going to see it through. He struggled for the first few days, but all of a sudden it clicked…and he got it! It was now easy, and after 4 short weeks of doing the right training, his velocity shot up.
On the last day, he was clocked at 79 mph….7MPH in four weeks. Now, you might say that 79 mph is not that great, but ask Chris. He went from a last man on the staff to the starting rotation in a month. He was now a contributor to the team in a big way.
He now pitches in college at the Div. 2 Level.
FROM 85-88mph!!!!
Paul
I Want to tell you it was a great experience for janick ( and for us) to share your expertise and comments about him. He is very motivate to work harder to acomplish his goal and I am very graceful for your help and advices. As I told you our wishes is janick be able to apply for a baseball scholarship in an university (he wants to be an computer engineer) and he knows that's dificult task, so it is not just a matter of how good you are or could be...you also need a little help from god too. We hope to share with you all his success.
again thanks for all your time and interest in janick, we never forget there's a new friend in new jersey.
God bless your new Home and your new life with your "just married" new wife.
Regards,
Juan
Forgot to tell you, Janick evaluation in that showcase was his fastball improved from 85 mph in January to 88 mph, his breaking pitch around 78 mph and he made the 60 yards in 7.2 sec.
Let me tell you about the 90 mph kid…
You could be my next 90 mph student!!!
Jack was a very good pitcher. He threw very hard. As a sophomore, he threw 82 mph – pretty good for a kid that age. I did not think the techniques we were using were going to make much of a difference with him, but…
I WAS WRONG!
Jack started to make huge strides in his workout routine. It's easy when you know what you're doing, and he started to pick up velocity fast.
I didn't think gaining velocity at that level was easy. But it was.
At the end of last year's sessions, Jack hit 89 mph.
A few weeks after that, he went to the Blue-Gray showcase and hit 90 MPH in front of all the college coaches and scouts.
Check out the email from his dad at the top of the side box and also check out he video.

Hi Paul,
My son has upped the time to 30 secs now for each exercise. I received the DVDs and had some questions about the first dvd. Fletch talks a lot about nutrition and the use of juice plus tablets. Do you use them with your pitchers?
Also, there are a bunch of drill to as well. Do we do those on top of the conditioning drills that you recommended earlier? I'm afraid that my son will be overloaded with just drills. By the way, I clocked him yesterday and he topped out at 72MPH and was consistently throwing in the 70-71MPH range.
John
UPDATE:
Hi Paul,
I wanted to let you know that my son has reached his goal for the summer already and surpassed it.
I clocked him yesterday at 76MPH on his last two pitches when he decided to air it all out. We were on vacation in Hawaii for about week and my son did zero throwing during the vacation. He did work on the drills everyday and incorporated Fletch's medicine ball drills as well while on vacation.
By the way, these times are recorded throwing from a level playing field. I have not timed him yet on the mound. I suspect he will bump the speed up a couple of miles per hour. :o) I hoped that my son would reach 80MPH by his junior year in high school. I see now that 80MPH will be reached before his freshman year baseball season starts next spring. Thanks again for your great program. We have only worked on the basic drills and haven't really gotten into all the other drills yet.
Any suggestions on what my son should work on going forward?
Regards,
John

At first, I didn't believe it, but I was wrong!!!
I got Ron's stuff with total disbelief...knowing that nobody can develop velocity. But after implementing Ron's program with my players, our guys on average increased 3 mph during a four-week summer training program. This is a proven program that I use. In fact, remember Jack? He 7 mph in four weeks and went from a kid who was barely going to make the team to a kid who really contributed. It was an unbelievable jump!
I begged Ron to do an interview with me and share some of his secrets of velocity development. If you want to throw harder, this is THE audio for you. Ron Wolforth has cracked the velocity code, and he shares his velocity secrets!!
You're also getting a special interview with
Cy Young Award Winner Dr. Mike Marshall

In this fast-paced interview, Dr. Marshall reveals what every pitcher must do to eliminate pitching arm injuries. He will show you how to avoid the common faults that cut short many careers. (Instant Online Access.)
You will learn how Dr. Marshall became the most durable pitcher in baseball history (check the record books), so he's a pretty good guy to take advice from!
You will also learn a pronating curveball. Dr. Marshall blew me away with his explanation of 'the pronation curve.' I tried it the next day. It's awesome and takes all the pressure off the elbow.
Dr. Marshall was researching effective, injury-free pitching decades before anyone else. Studying The Marshall Theory of Pitching is a MUST for all pitchers.

“FROM 82 mph - 90 (93) MPH !!”
Dear Paul,
Jack just got his showcase times for the Blue Grey Classic down in Wake Forrest. His Fastball was 90mph. He knew he had been hitting 89 in the game, but was unsure about his clocking during the workouts. Needless to say he is pleased. He has now heard directly from 51 colleges.
Thanks again for all of your help.
- Mr. John Bender
UPDATE '06: Jack topped out at 93 MPH this year and received a scholarship from Georgetown
Paul, I am always pleased when I come into work open my e-mail and have some
news from you. I am using the cut fast ball, slider , & curve ball like you
illustrated on one of your videos. I am coaching a 12 year old team and we
are a 500 team, these new pitches are making a difference. Thanks again and
have a great week. Thank You.
- Ron Boss
Paul, I got and listened to/watched your rehab materials and I really liked them. They were very clear and practical. I have seen several of the other "gurus" speak and I'd have to say that you have made the most sense so far. What I liked about your presentation is that instead of placing "mechanics" first, you were noticing a problem and addressing it from a strength standpoint first and mechanic that needs fixing second. Thanks.
- Simon
Hey, Paul I watched Some Of Your Videos and Then I Watched Some Other Videos On How To Throw Curveballs, Sliders, Cutter, Sinker, and The Change Up. The Way I Got Interested In Throwing These Pitches Was One Day Me and My Friends Were Playing Catch and The We Stated A Game! Now, My Friend He Threw This Great Slider and I Asked Him Where He Learned To Throw Like That, and He Said I Watched Paul Peddick's Videos On You Tube. That Night I Looked Up Paul Reddick and It Showed Me all The Pitches. Thanks,
- Dylan Brooks
Dear Mr. Reddick, First off that was an awesome video, pitching in the pros, I really wish I would have had more positive influences coming out of high school. Like you said I was cutting myself, and have decided that I'm not going to be doing that anymore. Again I would like to thank you very much for responding to my question, it means the world to hear someone say some encouraging words. Thanks Again,
- Ryan
okay thanks i was throwing today(i try to throw almost everyday) and i specificaly was working on my 2SFB and i started to see like 3 inches of movement. it was consistent all the time i'm working on that but before it just stayed flat but now it MOVES! thanks you.
- Jonathan
Coach Reddick, I was on your website looking at the new videos you've been posting lately, and just wanted to say they're great.Your entire program is amazing, and ive' been taking your advice and using your workouts, and have seen drastic improvement; i.e. clocked fastball at 88mph.
Keep it up, it helps alot!! Yours in baseball,
- jake31
By the way, I picked up a copy of "The Picture Perfect Pitcher", and I love it. As I have told you, I don't have a lot of money, so paying a pitching coach is out of the question. Your book, while simple enough for anyone with a high school diploma to understand, is technical enough that it really gives those who read it and follow the 5 must-do fundamentals of pitching a serious advantage over those rising pitchers who do not. As a dad trying to teach his son how to pitch who never himself even played baseball, you have been a great help to me, and I can't thank you enough. I told all the other serious dad's about your you tube account, and I'll be telling people about your books from now on. Thanks A Million,
- Steve Campbell
Tried the new sinker today in a pen and in one word...filthy. Thanks for the help.
- Stew Brase
i apreciate you taking time away from your day to help me out doing a great job. i've gained 3mph on fastball
- Chris
Paul, I want to take a moment to say thank you for your ground breaking pitching programs, and info. The unlocking velocity program has made a HUGE impact on my 2 pitchers who have gone thru the program. Both pitchers have shown an increase of 9mph in just the 4 months of work.
Eric is a young soph 3b/ pitcher who was never able to throw more than an inning or two effectively , he went from 71 to 80, and went from not on the pitching map on varsity, to going 3-0 with 3 complete games. But the most amazing thing was there was very little soreness after pitching.
Josh is a young, and late maturing freshman just 102 lbs, he is a classic control guy, who I was not sure if he would be able to compete on the bigger high school field. He went from 62 to 71, went 8-1 on JV and was given a varsity start, due to his great season, which he won giving up 1 and striking out 10 . without this program, he would never been able to pitch at the high school level. Both boys will continue to work hard at the program, and now the other players have noticed the increase and also want to begin the program. This has helped our team so much, and I just want to say thanks again!
-Joe Suvak
NOT JUST FOR GUYS WHO THROW 90mph!
"Hello, My name is Adam Netherland, i'm 14 years old and I just want to start it off saying that from reading all of your emails and watching the videos. I have pitched 3 complete games, 47 innings, and had over 45 strikeouts this season in 18 games! I just wanted to tell you thank you so much and you really helped me with my pitching. Also my fastball velocity went from 61-63mph to 67-70mph!"
Thanks.
- Adam
“We have been to the greats House to Thurston, purchased tapes from Mills to Marshall, had lessons at the local baseball academies taught by ex-major leaguers and still ended up with my son having a sore arm. We could never figure out why – then someone recommend Paul Reddick to us. We drove 2.5 hours and in one hour he fixed my sons problems approach problems. Paul saw what all the others didn’t. Why can he “see” what others didn’t -I don’t know, but if you are looking an expert pitching advice contact Paul."
- Peter and Mark Podalas
Paul,
I just wanted to thank you for the time you spent with me on the phone the other day. What a great tool for me to have. You gave me some very useful ideas for my pitching school and camps, I can hardly wait to run my next camp and see the results. Once again thank you for your time as I know that it is very valuable.
Sincerely,
Jeff
I really respect your work and have recommended you to a number of people. I have been a successful head college coach for 20 years and I only recommend people whose work and insights I respect.
- Mark Jackson, Texas A&M International University Head Baseball Coach
Your site is additive; been on it most of the day. I need your advice or best place to look to get my son ready to pitch in High School.
Thanks
There are no coincidences in life. We have watched your DVD's a million times and listen to the CD's while driving in the car quite often. Jeff has truly tried to absorb your information. We bought all the "right stuff" in order to properly exercise with the DVD's. They are truly wonderful.
Thank you for your gift to us.
- Susan Nabors
Thanks so much for all of your efforts in trying to help us all help others. I am still not sure how you got my name, but I am thankful. God bless.

Paul,
I just wanted to let you know how thankful we are that we found you. My son Tyler is 15 years old and is in the 10th grade in Lugoff, SC. He is an avid baseball fan and eats, sleeps, and breathes baseball. Actually, he always has. He has been playing since age 5! He was always a second baseman until a coach (who was a minor league player) guided him toward pitching. He is a sidearm pitcher now. At 15 he has had every problem imaginable with his arm until we found you!!!
He has just tried out for our high school baseball team this week. Over the summer he was throwing around 72 mph, but he never lasted an entire game due to his arm hurting. Then, a couple of weeks ago we found you!!! Tyler and I sat and watched all of the information you provided (exercise, problems other pitchers faced and how they were corrected, hydrate, etc.) and Tyler took all of that in. On Tuesday of this week after not pitching since the summer, Tyler went out for the high school team. He used everything he learned, especially the breathing, and toed the mound. He is 5'6" and weighs about 145 pounds. He stood there with guys twice his size, but none with his determination or heart. When he pitched, the coaches clocked him and he clocked 78, yes 78 mph!!!!
Most moms don't get into baseball like I do!!! But we both love it. When I saw what he clocked on the gun, I was absolutely astounded. WE OWE ALL OF THIS TO YOU!!!!
I guess what I wanted to say with this HUGE e-mail is thanks so much! You have made a huge difference in Tyler, just from the information and education we have gotten from you so far!! I know it will just keep getting better with you in our corner!!!!!!!!
YOU ROCK!
- Lezli Rabon & Tyler, YOUR BIGGEST FANS!
Paul,
I would like to thank you for some of the stuff you have passed on to me, with the stuff you have passed on to me i have gone from 2 home runs to 8 home runs and more speed and more power...
Again thanks a lot...

Paul,
I would send this to all the people are teaching pitching as a living and only interested in the money, not the player.
- Don Johns, HOOTS Baseball Club
Passion about the game comes no higher than yours. Paul, I got it... I love it... Over the past few years we have had several guys go from 85 to 98 Mitch Arnold Anaheim, J ohn Lujan, 88 to 96 Texas Rangers, Josh Giles 84-94 Texas Rangers, Cody Harkum 89-95 K.C.
- Coach Birmingham

Paul,
I want to thank you for the good advices you gave me and for the good tips you always e-mail me. I want to thank you because using what you always advice has helped my 12 year son (who play's catcher for the team of Curacao) to help his team win the Caribbean championship in Puerto Rico and now they're going to Williamsport in the little league worldseries. This has been always my dream and it has come true. Your tips has helped him to become a very stable and tough competitor. Again thanks and I will tell everybody about you. Here on the island of Curacao and in Williamsport when I go there.
- Phil
My velocity has currently increased from 84-87 in 3 weeks thanks to your blog, and i will be playing in the area code games this upcoming year.
Thanks once again, yours in baseball.
- Jake #31
During the summer our kids call me to find out when I am receiving New Material from you. Keep up the Good Work. Remember you get out of it what you put into it. Our Slogan at Orono High School is simple "Success Comes from the Backbone Not The Wishbone."
Thanks for all you do for the Game.
- Todd Klingsporn, Head Baseball Coach, Orono High School
I am with you Paul, 100%.
Your information on push ups is right on. Key for scapula stabilization and a great core exercise if done right. I appreciate the dialogue and the information. We are trying to put some science behind picthing rather than just theories. Wish us luck, our first lab expreriment went well. God bless.
Hey Paul,
I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. I just wanted to start by telling you how much I appreciate the Inner Circle DVDs you sent. A very pleasant surprise to find in my mail to say the least! I own a baseball/softball academy, The Sandlot, in Owensboro, KY and I am always looking to push the envelope and think outside the box unlike so many coaches around. I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate what you are doing for baseball guys like myself and, most importantly the kids, and I hope one day our paths can cross and maybe catch a minute to chat. Send whatever things you have because they are not being wasted.
I am hitting coach by nature and have given pitching/throwing lessons but listening/watching your info on pitching and now with new responsibilities on my hands, I know I need to better myself in this area and I know that yourself and Coach Wolforth can assist. Again, thanks so much for what you are doing and I hope to hear from you soon! Thanks Coach!
- Jeremy Sheetinger
Hi!
I just wanted to tell you that I just listened to your "When People Say Can't" video and it the BEST motivatonal video I have ever heard! I shared it with my 15 year old (who is currently experiencing those issues and they've gotten into his head) and he immediately showed an improvement in his attitude. Thanks so much! We have enjoyed/used so much of the information on your site.
Thanks Again!
- Michele Lenig
Hey Paul,
It's Marc again I dont know if you remember me but we talked before about some little things i could do to gain velocity. I did all of those things and my velocity did jump, and i was very pleased I hit 91 atleast three or 4 times when i had benn only toppin out at 88..I was just wondering if i wasnt bothering you now that our fall season is over if i could bother you to put together a off season throwing program for about a month and a half so i can gain even more velocity while doing all those workouts that you already have given me. I really appreciate all your help that you have given me.
Thanks again.
- Marc Nellist
Hello, My name is Adam Netherland, i'm 14 years old and I just want to start it off saying that from reading all of your emails and watching the videos on your web site, I have pitched 3 complete games, 47 innings, and had over 45 strikeouts this season in 18 games! I just wanted to tell you thank you so much and you really helped me with my pitching. Also my fastball velocity went from 61-63mph to 67-70mph! Thanks.
- Adam
hello mr. reddick, my name is bryan soloman and my father sent the 1$ trial in to try out your program, i saw that you can make a pitcher go from 82-91 by spring and thats amazing, i am throwing low 80's, 80-83 and i top out at 85mph, i just turned 15 years old and i am sure that i will have a varsity spot by spring, im a freshman and ive been playing with the varsity team over the summer and i am so happy that i watched your video Pitchers Energy Program, that was amazing simply becasue i never knew that drinking alot of water before you pitch can benefit yourself bettter than the water that you drink when you pitch, and the breathing excersices were great.. i never knew how breathing can stimulate the lactic acid flow through the blood stream faster when doing breathing drills.. i just wanted to complemet you and your program that you've created, i will ask my dad if we can get the full program later on.. thanks and have a great day, ill be looking forward to doing your pitching drills thanks again.
- Bryan Soloman
Hey Paul, I have coached h.s, college, and now do private lessons and am a big fan. Not many people have passion for the game like you do!
- Jason
I appreciate these videos because I dont have much velocity my fastball it's only around 77 mph but your videos about how to throw a sinker have helped me become a successful sinkerballer. Thanx.
- Roderick Thomas
I just want to say thank you for being such a great company to work with.
Most companies are not nearly as nice as yours. Thanks again.
- Gabe
Hey Paul, how are ya. I Just saw your video and was impressed. I found it by far more advanced and detailed than anything else.
- Rob Simms, London Ontario, Canada
Hey Paul i watched your video on about throwing a cutter curve ball and slider i found it to be much help im 18 years old i live in new york i am a senior in high school and i always thought those pitchs were all about finger postion and arm angle but watching this video has actully really helped and i appreciate it. thanks!
Hey Paul,
I just wanted to say that after looking at your series of short videos. I was able to make adjustments to my aproach on the pitching mound. My numbers look great so far. I am sure many people have told you this . . . "Thank you"
You approach and just simply explaination of pitching makes adjusting easy. I must say it has really help! once again, Thank you!
- Anthony Cutino
Hey Paul,
I saw your video , its really good and it helped my alot.
I am a pitcher and i play on a little league team but during summer
i play on a travel ball team and travel. I think ill be a better pitcher
because of your video. In the begining you said guys throw the change-up
with like a circle thing and the thumb not under the ball. Thats exactly
what i do and i cant get control over it. But now i kno how to throw one
because of your video.
- bsblplaya95
hey paul,
i pitched my first regular season game today, i pitched a complete game shutout with 9ks, 2hits, and 1 walk..so i did really good..and my arm feels really good in the last inning it felt like it did in the 2nd..my pitches have been working really well for me ive been locating my change-up really good..ill keep you updated on how i do through the year.
thanks again for everything.
- anthony
Hey Paul,
Saw your guys game highlights on top 10 on SC.
Anyways This is Doug DeGroot if you remember me, and My team and I are doing great this season we are 10-1 and just won two tournements and are 1st seed in Colorado. We also Qualified for The Triple Crown World Series in Steamboat Springs. The reason I'm messaing you is because my slider is still doing great. I've only pitched 13 innings and already have 33 strikeouts, which is 33/39 kids have struckout against me.Sounds amazing huh? I've been trying to teach my teammates that avg in the low 70's how to throw a slider. I've been trying to explain the release points like how you explain (the fastball, cutter, slider, and curveball)
Hey, I just watched some of your videos and i just wanted to say that they are great and keep them up. They've really helped me a lot with my pitching. I was trying to figure out a cutter and slider, and your videos improved my pitching by a ton. So thanks!
- Owen
Hi Mr.Reddick my names Zack Del Gaizo I'm a 15 year old pitcher that pitchs for JV baseball and Travel and im working on trying to develop something other then a fastball and change up and first of all thank you for those videos they were a big help.
HI paul, i just recently saw your video's. And already I'm a big fan of how you teach some of your material. My pitching coach who is from puerto rico is telling me the same thing that you saw in your videos. And i have to say. I saw your tutorial on sinkers, and change ups, and they really work. Thank you very much for that. It saved me at least a year in a half to perfect that pitch. And i'm in the process of watching the 90mph club dvd's. Just wanted to let you know that your information is very useful and thank you
- Jesse V
Hi Paul, my name is Mike Wilson I am the pitching coach at the
University of Arkansas Pine Bluff. Were a small D1 school in southeast
Arkansas. I really like a lot of the stuff you teach and the way your
teaching it. Just wanted to say hi and keep up the good work.
- Mike Wilson
Hi Paul,
Thanks for the info. Another wealth of info to go along with the over/ under throwing and medicine ball on a knee exercises. Both of which helped my sons balace, pitching and overall physical fitness.
Thanks,
- Sam 7 Jake DelGreco
Mr. Reddick I have seen many of your pitching videos and have found them to be right on and some of the best pitching advice ive seen or read.
Pual, I love your videos. They have helped me so much
with my pitching I went to a reliever to the ace of my
team in just a month. Those videos really do work.
Before I saw your videos my change up would never be a
strike and my curveball would always hang. By just
watching 2 of your videos I have never had those
problems again. PLEASE make more videos. Please make more videos.
PLEASE!!!!!
Paul,
I’ve gotten to the point where I’m tired of the traditional training methods for pitchers. This program is thought provoking and inspirational in the fight against traditional training. To say I’m a fan would probably be an understatement. I’ve already incorporated a few of the exercises with our guys and I’m getting incredible feedback. I’ve got 18-22 year old guys wanting to work out because they can see where the movements will be beneficial to what they are trying to accomplish on the mound. I’m excited to see them excited. I’m still trying to figure out how I’m going to get a kid in that age group to drink almond milk but hey, babysteps!
Thanks for making this available to the general public. Tell Fletch and Zinger to keep up the good work. I’m excited to see what they will come up with next.
- Mick Fieldbinder,
Pitching Coach
Paul,
Just wanted to drop you a line. I've received lot's of good stuff from you over the last couple of years. It's helped me as a coach, my son and teams that I've coached on. Keep it coming.
- Marty Olson
Paul,
Thanx for your timely response. I will be looking for the videos. By the way, I think its great what your doing for the young up and coming players. I wish your training was around when I was coming up through high school and college. After watching the hidden velocity video I was blown away. You analogy about the car and the cliff was on point! I'm 27, about to turn 28 next month and I have been stuck at 84mph since my senior year in high school. Again I wish you was around when I was coming up in high school, but I will take what I have learned and pass it on to some of the inner city kids here in Washington DC(Go Nats!) whom don't have access to training tools like yours. Thanx again!
- G. King
Paul,
That was the best explanation on how to throw a change-up that I have ever heard. I'm a 34 pharmaceutical rep who hasn't played competitively in about 14 years and you gave me a great way to explain to my nephew (and when he gets a little older, my son) how to practice throwing a change-up. Very basic and easy to teach, and most importantly, easy to understand and put into practice. And by the way, thanks for setting people straight on the "circle" change-up being just a tool to teach people how to throw the change-up and that it has nothing to do with you making a circle with your fingers. Great info, thanks a lot.
- Matt Bergwall
Thank you very much Paul. Your videos are very informative. My son ,who is 12,pitches in the mid 50 mph range. My son has ben pitching since he was 7 for our League. He has very good control.. I have been wanting him to throw a off speed pitch. I will work with him on his changeup. Please keep the information coming to me.
